Terms of Use

1. Who can use Loikka

You must be 18 or older. We ask you to confirm your age when you sign up.

2. Your photos

Only upload photos in which every depicted person is at least 18, knows about the intended AI-generated use, and has explicitly agreed to it. You must own the photo or have the legal right or license to use it. Do not upload photos of minors, non-consenting people, public figures, or professional athletes.

3. Not allowed

• Sexual or suggestive content of any kind
• Changing anyone's body shape, or putting someone else's face on a body
• Impersonation, harassment, or content that makes a real person look like they did something they didn't
• Using team, league or brand logos you don't have rights to

4. AI labels

Every output is labeled "AI generated". Don't remove or hide these labels when you share.

5. Credits and plans

Plans renew weekly or yearly until you cancel. Credits are used when a generation starts and are refunded automatically if it fails. Weekly plans add credits every week; yearly plans add credits every month.

6. Takedowns

If someone used your image without permission, report it from Settings (no account needed). We remove reported content that breaks these rules within 48 hours.
